We ship vSeeBox orders from our US fulfillment center. Below are the details for processing, delivery, and tracking.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates (US)
- Free Shipping — 1–2 business days (all vSeeBox boxes)
- Expedited Shipping — 2 business days
- Overnight Shipping — 1 business day (order before 12 PM PST)
All vSeeBox streaming boxes ship free with 1–2 business day delivery.
3. International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier's website.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
vSeeBox is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees may apply.
