1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2. How to Start a Return
Email support@vseeboxofficial.us with your order number and reason for return. We'll review and, if approved, send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as Final Sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Products with broken seals or signs of use beyond normal inspection
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Return Shipping
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
